Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all photography, drone, floor plan, virtual furniture and video services provided by Cornerstone Photography ("we", "us"). They apply to rental and sale properties only. Commercial, architectural, Matterport and 3D tour jobs are quoted separately.

A booking made on this website is a request. We review every request and confirm it by email and text. A booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation.

You can book one or several properties in one request. Each property is confirmed separately.

Start times shown on the website allow for the services you choose and a short gap between shoots. If travel between jobs takes longer than expected, we will suggest a new time or call you to arrange one.

Twilight shoots take place around sunset. We confirm the exact time when we approve your booking.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST as of January 2024. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one shown when your booking is confirmed.

No payment is taken when you book online. We will send an invoice after the shoot.

Please make sure the property is ready before we arrive. Our Info page has a room by room checklist you can send to the vendor.

The photographer is not responsible for how the property is presented, but will help make it presentable on the day.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please call us on 0450 706 127 as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

If the weather is not suitable for exterior, drone or twilight photos, we will contact you to move the shoot to the next suitable time.

All images are digitally enhanced and delivered the next business day by download link. It is your responsibility to download, save and back up your files once they arrive.

All images remain the property of Cornerstone Photography. When your invoice is paid, you may use the images to market and lease or sell the property they were taken of.

Please do not sell the images or pass them to other businesses for other uses without asking us first.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any problem with a service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
