Guide to prepare for the shoot
A short list for the vendor, room by room. An hour of tidying shows in every photo.
Outdoor
7 checks- Move all cars out of the driveway, into the garage or down the street.
- Shut the garage doors and hide the rubbish bins.
- Trim hedges, mow the lawn and put hoses away.
- Clear the clothes line and fold it away if you can.
- Clean and close all windows.
- Put the pool cleaner away and hide pool toys.
- Arrange the patio furniture and open any umbrellas.
The photographer is not responsible for how the property is presented, but will help make it presentable on the day.
