Booking and approval
How a booking request works, from start to confirmed.
Add your properties, pick the services and a time for each one, then send the request. It only takes a few minutes.
No. We review every request ourselves. Once we approve it, you get a confirmation by email and text.
Yes. Add as many properties as you like in one request. Each one gets its own services and time.
Times and availability
How the calendar works and what happens if a time does not suit.
Green has plenty of times, yellow is filling up, red has only a few times left and grey is fully booked. The colours change with the services you pick, because bigger shoots need more time.
Try another day, or tell us in your request whether we should offer you the closest free time or call you to arrange one.
Times already allow for a short gap between shoots. If the drive is longer than that, we will suggest a new time or call you.
Twilight is shot around sunset. We confirm the exact time when we approve your booking.
Payment and changes
